Dear Expectant Parents,
I am very pleased to welcome you to a safe, caring environment where we can build a bond between Parents and Midwife. By way of introducing myself, my name is Noileen Grech, I am a registered Midwife with an Honours Degree in Midwifery. I have had experience working at the Local General Hospital, however I have now dipped my toes into Community Midwifery, and am currently working as a full-time midwife with Primary Health Care in Malta. In addition to this, I am also pursuing to further my studies with a Masters Degree in Midwifery.
Through my experience as a midwife, I found that the connection between self-care during pregnancy and a memorable birth is evident. So, it became my dream to provide a safe space, where pregnant women can be cared for and empowered, and that is how my Maternity Clinic came to be. The name Blossom was chosen to represent the relationship between a woman and pregnancy. To me, a woman Blooms when she is pregnant, so I thought this was rather fitting. Apart from providing a place for maternity wellness therapies, I also wanted to provide a space where the couple can be given individual attention, to learn about the changes of pregnancy, how to tackle birth, postpartum and caring for a new-born. Connecting with expectant couples, and sharing knowledge has always been my passion, thus making sure couples are well prepared and empowered to face their new lives is a dream come true.
I would like to thank my dear clients and family who believe in me and make this dream possible.
